We have started an earthworks package this month at East Kettering development site, close to our headquarters along Cranford Road, Burton Latimer. The 3-month contract will see the development of an attenuation pond and preparation for housing at the new Handwood Park development.
Hanwood Park will contain up to 5,500 dwellings, a secondary school, up to 4 primary schools, open space (covering park(s) and play areas), employment areas, local centre facilities (eg. shops and health care) and associated infrastructure.
