Barton have started a new contract at Icon Harlow in Essex, for Readie Construction, to provide enabling earthworks for two new speculative logisitics units.
The two units of 68,100 sq ft and 96,827 sq ft, is a joint venture by commercial property developer Stoford Developments and TPG Real Estate.
Icon Harlow is ideally located between the London-Stansted-Cambridge corridor, 30 miles north of central London and nine miles from the M25.
