Overview

Barton provide flood alleviation works for new housing development

Barton were contracted under Galliford Try to provide excavation of topsoil to agreed haul routes, mitigation ponds and reed beds as part of flood alleviation works at Stanton Cross development site in Wellingborough. We utilised GPS controlled machinery throughout the project.

The site is under development from Bovis Homes, with an expected 3.650 homes, employment areas and shopping facilities planned across the site to rejuvenate Wellingborough.
